In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

COREY JACOBS – 42 of Gaylesville – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

And

MALACHI TAYLOR, age 20 of Anniston, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of Failure to Appear/Theft of Property 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 91 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
