In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

HEATHER BRAY – age 41 from Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

RODNEY NEWTON, 50 from Centre – was arrested by Centre Police on the charge of Public Intoxication;

And

RICHARD WELLS, age 35 of Leesburg – No Charges Listed.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 96 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
