In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

ROBERT BAILEY, age 22 from Piedmont – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with – Failure to Appear/Operating a Vehicle without Insurance;

KASSEY DUMAS, age 31 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Failure to Appear (two counts);

CHRISTOPHER GIBBS, age 32 of Leesburg – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with Failure to Appear/the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

ALEIGHA SATTERFIELD, age 20 of Summerville, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

And

SUSAN HULSEY, age 47 of Cartersville, Georgia, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 96 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
