In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for Saturday:

MICHAEL BENTLEY, age 39 from Centre arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff‘s Office and charged with Failure to Appear on the prior counts of Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree, and Interfering with a Domestic Violence Emergency Call;

THOMAS MOTEN, age 31 of Cedar Bluff, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with a Bond Revocation (two counts);

And

LORI HILL, 45 from Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and is currently ON HOLD for another agency.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 93 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
