In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

KATIE CARVER – age 32 from Cedar Bluff – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

APRIL PARRISH, age 43 of Gadsden was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

And

TERRY RICHARDSON, age 24 of Cedar Bluff – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – the  Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are a total of 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
