In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:
JONATHAN NAYLOR, 35 from Boaz, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on three counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card;
ALEXIS ENGLAND, age 38 of Summerville, Georgia, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of – Failure to Appear on charges of Driving while Suspended and Dangerous Drugs;
SIDNEY BLEVINS, age 42 of Summerville, Georgia, arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of Failure to Appear on a number of charges, including: the Failure to Obey a Court Order (two counts), the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an Insurance Violation; also Improper/No Mirror, Improper/Horn, and also Improper Tires; Inoperable Brake Lights and No Plainly Visible Tag;
And
JONATHAN WILSON, age 40 of Gadsden, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with Failure to Appear on charges of Driving while Suspended.
Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently, there are a total of 94 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
