In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Past 24 Hours:

CLAYTON PARRIS, age 33 from Piedmont – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Probation Revocation;

MADISON BROWN, 22 from Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Interfering with a Domestic 9-1-1 Call;

JOHN JOHNSON, age 70 of Ohatchee was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are a total of 80 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
