Fire Departments responded to a fire on Carol Drive in Summerville, late Tuesday night.
Firefighters responded at 11:48pm and upon arrival they found a mobile home with heavy flames and smoke. All of the residents inside the mobile home were safely outside – and fire crews were able to extinguish the blaze fast. Two people were displaced by the fire and the Northwest Georgia Chapter of the American Red Cross is assisting the fire victims.
Units from both the Trion and Summerville Departments, along with the Hays State Correctional Fire Department, responded to the scene.
