Born on November 5, 1945, Mr.Billy Truman Bishop, age 78 of Leesburg passed away Monday, January 22, 2024 at Noland Hospital in Anniston.
Survivors include sister, Caroline Hall.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Herman Bishop Jr., Charles Bishop, Robert Bishop and Leon Bishop and sister, Christine Hooks and Vivian Fambrough.
Mr. Bishop spent his early years in NE Alabama/NW Georgia and his adult life in Dalton, GA where he retired from Shaw Industries and moved to Leesburg, AL. Billy was the son of the late Herman and Ola B. Bishop.
The family chose cremation and there will be no services at this time.
