The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the report of a domestic dispute before 6am Tuesday. The incidence occurred at a residence in the Wildwood Cove Community.
The person shot was transported to a Rome hospital by Atrium EMS with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.
