Mrs. Deloris Elaine Twilley Holcombe Crawford, age 85, of Centre passed away Saturday, January 06, 2024, surrounded by her family.
Memorial Services will be held at 12 noon Thursday, January 11th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Ricky Pollard officiating.
The family will receive friends at the chapel and hour prior to services. A private burial will be at Cherokee Memory Gardens.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Joe Crawford; son, Jeff (Theresa) Holcombe of Centre; daughters, Jan (Thomas) Coffey of Pelham and Beth (Loren) Sydney of Naples, FL; stepson, Roy (Vickie) Crawford of Gadsden; grandchildren, Kristen (Mark) Lemieux, Lindsey (David) Jennings, Kirk Sydney, Logan (Franzi) Coffey, Sarabeth Sydney; great grandchild, Gabriel Coffey. She is also survived by a sister, Sara (Charles) Wheeler; sister in law, Gale Poe, many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Virgil Holcombe; brother, Jim Twilley and sister, Autry Waldman; nephews, Derrick Wheeler and Keith Wheeler.
Mrs. Crawford was a native of Cherokee County and the daughter of the late George Grady and Aella Abernathy Twilley.
