In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

THERESA SPELLS, 35 from Port Saint – arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All arrests are based on probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are a total of 95 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
