In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Past 24 Hours:

DUSTY DAVIS, age 34 of Leesburg – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Attempting to Elude and a Bond Revocation.

All arrests are based on probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Currently, there are a total of 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
