Woman Charged After Incident at Burger King in Summerville
A 21-year-old woman was charged with Battery, following an incident at Burger King in Summerville. According to a report released by the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office – the incident took place on November 29th – when Leslie Hope Dyer was accused of coming into the restaurant, then throwing both work clothes and work keys at another Burger King employee.
According to reports, that argument between Dyer and the other woman was about a restraining order – which had been placed against Dyer’s boyfriend. Deputies spoke with the store manager, who informed them that it stemmed from an on-going issue between the two women.
The victim told the responding deputy that she wanted to press charges – and Dyer was arrested and transported to the Chattooga County Jail on Battery charges.
