SAND ROCK – Kaitlyn St. Clair set a pair of Sand Rock school records Friday night in the Lady Wildcats’ 87-34 win over Glencoe.
Her 49 points points scored eclipsed the old mark of 44 formerly held by Taylor Burt (2006) and Ashley Beck (2007). St.Clair sank 11 3-pointers in the game, also a new school record. The old record was also held by Burt with 10 in 2006.
St.Clair also had seven rebounds and six assists for the Lady Wildcats (7-2).
Peyton Johnson added 16 points for Sand Rock. Chloe Stephens contributed seven points. Zoey Handy finished with six points.
Sand Rock travels to Collinsville next Friday for its first area game.
