One person was transported to an area hospital for treatment – after being involved in an overnight wreck in DeKalb County.
According to Alabama State Trooper reports, the crash involved a 2017 Nissan Altima traveling on County Road 170, at 12:10am when the driver – listed as being a female from Crossville – hit a ditch after leaving the road. Afterwards, she was taken by a ground unit to Marshall Medical Center South for treatment.
