One person was hurt, in an accident occurring in DeKalb County on Monday night.
According to Alabama State Trooper reports, at around 7:40pm on Highway 168 two vehicles were involved in a collision which injured the female driver, a resident of Boaz, of a 2010 Nissan – while the driver of the second vehicle fled the scene.
She was transported for treatment following the collision, while the other vehicle is still being sought by State Troopers.
