Cherokee County Law Enforcement Arrest Files for Wednesday August 30th

Arrest Files:

Tyler Coleman, 31 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on previous charges of Speeding with No Workers Present.

Dennis Wilson, age 53 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the 2nd degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jimmie Shepard, 40 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on previous charges of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the 2nd degree.

Saundra Goodwin, age 65 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

And Rickey Kirby, 39 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Criminal Trespass in the 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief/Damage to Public Property.

Currently, 107 inmates are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
