Indiana Man Arrested in Cherokee County, Alabama
According to Chief Kirk Blankenship of the Centre Police Dept., Joseph Wagle, age 43, of Indiana, has been arrested. During the beginning of 2023, the Centre Police Department conducted the investigation, led by Chief Investigator Randy Mayorga – where Wagle was positively identified as the offender in the case.
Twelve warrants were approved – and issued for Wagle’s arrest for Transmitting Obscene Material to a Minor.
Chief Blankenship said that he remains lodged in the Cherokee County Detention Center on those charges.
All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
