A 30-year-old Aragon man was jailed – after a shooting incident on Saturday on Harmony Road.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Alexander Drew Osborn was in a place that he didn’t have permission to be and when he was confronted fired a shotgun at the victim, who was struck on his right arm and chin by pellets from the shotgun round.

Osborn was arrested, and was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime – and loitering or prowling.
