Daniel Pittman, age 39 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd degree, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and probation revocation.
Garrett Tucker, age 21 of Cedar Bluff, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on a warrant for failure to appear on a previous charge of operating a vehicle without insurance.
Today 83 Inmates were housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
