Mr. Caldwell Hopper, age 76 of Centre passed away Thursday, March 16th at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA. Graveside services will be 4 PM Sunday, March 19th at Cherokee Memory Gardens with Chad Hopper officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 PM until 3:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include Nick McMichen, Zach Fife, Coleman Stubbs, Andy Lowe, Ted Lowe, Neil Compton, Heath Compton and Max Chambers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gary Hopper, Rodney Hopper, Douglas Andrews, David Andrews, Michael Stubbs, Larry Lowe and Donald Sanders.

Survivors include wife, Jane Lecroy Hopper; son, Robby (Dusti) Rains; daughters, Kelly Hopper and Terry Hopper (Jeff Steele); brother, Bobby (Louise) Hopper; brother-in-law, Max Chambers; grandchildren, Jordan (John) Austin, Casey (Chad) Gossett, Will Rains; great-grandchildren, Sawyer, Kyler, Hawkins and Hagen Gossett. He was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Kay Chambers.

Mr. Hopper was a lifelong farmer of Cherokee County and son of the late Homer Elton and Ruby Faye Coheley Hopper.
