Jack Wesley Paulk, age 81 of Centre, passed away Thursday, January 12th at his residence
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM central time Sunday, January 15th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM central time until 2:00PM central time Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cherokee Memory Gardens.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Janice Paulk, daughters; Rachel (Wayne) Carlisle, Rebecca (James) Anderson, sisters; Pauly (Don) Hocott, Kathleen Hamby, 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Shane Tuley, Matt DeLong, Brady DeLong, Whitt Whitten, Jamie Jackson, Colton Laughlin, Jared Ciervo.
He was preceded in death by his brother; Frank Paulk
Mr. Paulk was the son of the late Lucas & Esther Paulk. He was a faithful member of East Centre Baptist Church of Centre.
