Florenda Nichols, 44 of Cedar Bluff – TOP 4th;

Vincent Jones, 51 of Georgia – Disorderly Conduct and Receiving Stolen Property 1st;

and

Guillermo Fernandez, 40 of Gainesville, GA – Probation Violation and FTA/DV-Strangulation.

Arrests are based on probable;cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
