Lisa Tyler, age 44 of Cedar Bluff – DUI/Controlled Substance;

Zachary Rowe, age 44 of Guntersville / James Fox, age 33 of Leesburg / Tony Heath, age 43 of Piedmont – Court Order.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
