Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Jason Phillips, age 50 of Centre – Probation Revocation;

Angela Rochester, age 50 of Gaylesville – Giving False ID to Law Enforcement;

and

Joshua Hardin, age 37 of Gadsden – Court Order.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 111 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
