Gaylesville firefighters, and members of the Cherokee Electric Co op, are responding to reports of a tree which has fallen across a power line at 2774 County Road 92 – off of Highway 35.
As of 9:20am crews have been dispatched to the location to make repairs.
At around 9:35am, members of the Sand Rock Volunteer Fire Department responded to a report of a tree being across the roadway causing a complete blockage on County Road 70 between County Roads 1 and 3.
Motorists should slow down and exercise caution in both areas.
