Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Jeremiah Elkins, age 31 of Leesburg – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree;

Patrick Williams, 41 of Cedar Bluff – Domestic Violence 3rd DEgree;

and

Jason Reynolds, age 42 of Cedar Bluff – Theft by Deception

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 86 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
