A wreck occurring just after midnight in Cherokee County has sent one person to the hospital for treatment (Sunday morning).
That accident occurred on County Road 31, and involved a 2019 Toyota, being driven by a female resident of Piedmont; she was unhurt. however the passenger, also listed as a female from Piedmont, was transported for treatment of unspecified injuries.
That wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers..
