Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Kristin Foster, age 29 of Gaylesville – Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Bobby Parks, age 36 of Gadsden – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Probation Revocation;

Terry McBride, age 45 of Centre – Court Order;

and

Brian Zuber, age 37 of Cedar Bluff – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrest are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
