A Georgia woman was hurt in a single-vehicle accident occurring in Cherokee County overnight.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, the driver of the 1998 Nissan involved, a resident of Lyerly, in Chattooga County – was listed as having been injured in the mishap. No additional information was immediately available regarding her condition.
That wreck – which took place around 2:00am Wednesday on Alabama Highway 35 – remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
