Tuesday’s edition of “Live Well Cherokee” included some very important information for those seeking jobs in the medical field, with on-site interviews being conducted at Atrium Health Floyd in Rome, today and tomorrow (Wednesday and Thursday, April 27th and 28th).

Those interviews will be taking place on the grounds of Atrium Health Floyd in Rome at 304 Turner McCall Boulevard. That event gets underway starting at 4:00pm today (Wednesday) and will be kicking-off tomorrow (Thursday) at 8:00am.

Dr. Bennett joined Floyd in 2007 as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer. She was named Executive Vice President and Chief of Patient Services in 2018.
Previously, Dr. Bennett was associated for 12 years with Adventist Health System where she served as Vice President of Human Resources and as Chief Nursing Officer for Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital in La Grange, Illinois. Dr. Bennett earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from American Sentinel University in Denver, Colorado. She received a Master of Healthcare Administration and a bachelor’s degree in health arts from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois, and earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Bennett is president of the Georgia Association of Healthcare Quality and serves on the Injury Prevention committee for the Trauma Centers of America Association. She is the immediate past president of the Georgia Organization of Nurse Leaders.
