Mr. Christoper Michael Vaughn, 38 of Fort Payne, passed away Friday April 1st 2022.

Funeral services will be held 2PM, Thursday April 7th, at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mark Cosby, Richard Nix, and Dalton Cosby officiating. Burial will follow in Walker’s Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12 until 2PM at the funeral home.

Pall bearers will include Dalton Cosby, Brian Gilliland, Brody Moses, Brian Griffith, Cody Biggs, Shane Butler, Michael Wynn, and Dwight Barrentine.

Honorary Pallbearers will include all Law Enforcement of Cherokee County.

He is survived by his wife, Ariel Henderson Vaughn; sons, Brayden Michael Vaughn and Bradley Thomas Vaughn; parents, Gary and Nancy Vaughn, Keith and Kelly Henderson; brother, Nick Vaughn, a host of nieces and nephews Good Friends, Dalton Cosby, Brian Gilliland, Brody Moses, Brian Griffith, Cody Biggs, and many more.

Chris was a respected police officer for the City of Cedar Bluff and will be missed by many.

The family requests no flowers, however donations may be made to the Chris Vaughn Memorial Scholarship Fund at Alabama Teacher’s Credit Union.
