A 65 year old Etowah County man was jailed on drug charges over the weekend here in Cherokee County.
Marlon Simmons of Gadsden was arrested Sunday on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center just after 2:00am – where he remains on bond of ,000.
