In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

Kerry Joe Itson, age 34 of Cave Spring Georgia was charged with two counts of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and with Carrying a Pistol without a Permit;

Crystal Starzetta Head, age 28, was charged with two counts of the Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance;

Jessica Lynn Morgan, 28 was charged with Failure to Appear on prior charges of Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Attempting to Elude;

Rodney Gene Rickman, age 45 – 15 Day Court Order;

Russell Berry Widener, age 49 and Brenda Michelle Hilyer, age 46, were each charged with Violation of the Prohibition Law;

And

Eric Scott Wilbanks, age 34, was charged with DUI.

Currently there are 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
