A Piedmont woman fortunately escaped injury during a single-vehicle rollover around 7:00 Monday morning.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, that wreck took place on County Road 28, approximately 14 miles East of Centre – with that vehicle, a 2005 Ford – traveling down an embankment.
Luckily, the 58 year old driver was merely shaken up.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation by state troopers.
