A Rome resident has been indicted on a charge of electronic pornography.

According to indictments released Friday – 47 year old Vaughn Lee Winslow of a Redmond Road address – had an image of a girl, younger than eight years of age, in a sexually explicit position.

The incidents allegedly occurred in January of this year.

Winslow has been held in jail since his January 31st arrest and he is also facing a probation violation.
