Two DeKalb County residents were arrested on drug charges Thursday night.
28 year old Jamie Ray Bates of Section was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Bond Revocation meanwhile, 18 year old Derrick Nash Farmer of a Fyffe address was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest and Attempting to Elude.
Both were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center shortly after 8:30 Thursday night, where they remain awaiting setting of bond.
