Police are still searching for the man who robbed a bank inside the Oxford Walmart Friday.
The robbery – occurring at Woodforest National Bank, took place at 11:55 that morning – when a man walked inside and handed a clerk a note demanding money – and threatening violence. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money and was witnessed getting into a Toyota Camry with a switched Alabama license plate.
The subject is described as a black male, approximately six-feet-three (6’3”) with a medium build – wearing a white cap, dark jacket and dark jeans with neon yellow laces on his boots.
