Barbara Ann Higginbotham Phipps age 19 of Sand Rock passed away on Wednesday. Memorial Services will be on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Collinsville Funeral Home-Sharpe Chapel.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1-2.
Survivors include her son Kathen Phipps; parents Bob and Kay Higginbotham; sisters Kristy Bivins, Laura Baird and Katheryn Gregerson a brother Eric Rogers, 1 nephew and 2 nieces.
