A Rome, Georgia couple was arrested Saturday night charged with Robbery by Intimidation after allegedly refusing to pay for pizza.
According to reports, 27 year old Anthony Jerome Garrett, and 33 year old Deca Carey from a North Division Street address, stand accused of intimidating a victim, into providing three pizzas. The value of the pizzas was $19.59.
Police also reportedly found synthetic marijuana in the couple’s possession.
