According to reports, a single-vehicle accident on County Road 58, took place early Monday afternoon.

Initial reports indicated that the driver was entrapped in the vehicle, which had gone off an embankment just after 1:30pm; a follow up stated that the driver was out of the vehicle and according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency no trooper was dispatched to the scene
