A 34 year old northwest Georgia man has been arrested, for allegedly failing to disclose to a sexual partner, that he is HIV-infected.
Jason Alexander Young of Cedartown, was arrested in Douglas County and charged with seven counts of Reckless Conduct by an HIV-infected person. Young had previously served a total of sixteen months in prison in South Carolina for the same thing.
Investigators are saying there may be additional victims.
The investigation into the situation is on-going.
