Mrs. Ethel Ola Miller, age 87 of Piedmont, passed away Friday, June 5th, at her residence.
Funeral services will be 3 P.M Wednesday, June 10th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Kenneth Boles officiating; burial will follow in Sardis Hill Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 P.M. Tuesday.
Pallbearers include Michael Winkles, Nathan Smart, Daryl Joe Dempsey, Scott Carroll, Blake Stanley, and Chris Lambert.
Survivors include son Steve Miller of Piedmont; daughters Linda (Leroy) Lambert of Piedmont, Cindy Jones of Jacksonville; step mother Sara Lolies of Piedmont; 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Erben Miller; brothers Jesse Lolies, James Lolies, Charles Lolies, sisters Martha Lane of Piedmont and Arthel Gentle of Rome GA.
Mrs. Miller was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Charlie and Mattie Lolies, and was a member of Sardis Hill Baptist Church.
