Anniston Police have issued a “Funny Money” alert, in regard to a new twist on a bogus bill scam – this time it appears someone is passing fake movie money around the town.
The $100 bills have the words “for motion picture use only” printed in the top right corner, and in two other areas of the bills – additionally, the image of Benjamin Franklin is slightly altered and that is readily apparent to anyone who takes a close look at the bill.
