Cherokee County law enforcement officials made two drug arrests on Wednesday.

Stefan Anthony Rhinehart, age 35 from Centre – was charged with two counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance, with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Celeste Nicole Seaman, age 23 of Piedmont – was charged with two counts of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Rhinehart was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center just after 9:00am – with bond set at ,000; Seaman was booked into jail just after 11:00am and bond has yet to be set in that case.

Both remain behind bars in the Detention Center.
