Little information is being released – but it appears that the State Bureau of Investigations will be taking over an investigation into an officer involved shooting that occurred Tuesday evening in Albertville.
Reportedly, a suspect was shot around 7:30pm at a home in the area of South Cahill Road – and was then transported to Marshall Medical Center South for treatment – before possibly being flown to Huntsville Hospital.
The shooting apparently involved a Marshall County Sheriff’s Office Deputy, and Albertville Police Officers.
