An Attalla woman has been arrested after allegedly choking a ten year old child.
Boaz Police say the victim just recently came forward, stating that the incident had actually taken place at an Albertville home last year.
34 year old Melissa May Duncan currently stands charged with Child Abuse and authorities say additional charges could be forthcoming.
