A 36 year old Scottsboro man is now in the Marshall County Jail, following an investigation into allegations of his being in possession of child pornography.
Joshua David Price has been arrested, and stands charged with Possession of Pornography with Intent to Disseminate – his bond has been set at $100,000.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office said the case does remain under investigation.
