Yet another individual has been added to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registry.

31 year old Timothy Lee McGatha, is currently residing at #9 Smith Court in Centre, and he is required to register as a sex offender due to the prior charges of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and Sexual Abuse of a Child Under the Age of 12.

McGatha is a white male, standing six-one (6’1”) and weighing approximately 175 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes.
